Applications range from half-way houses on golf courses, garden centre tea rooms and church halls, through to children's nurseries, offices and scout accommodation.
Plus Design and Build provide a full design and build turnkey service for all aspects of the contract from detailed design and structural engineering calculations, planning submissions and supervision through to building regulation approval and CDM regulations.
The process starts with our highly creative architectural team who interpret the client’s brief to produce stunning designs using the latest computer aided design packages. On site we take care of everything from basework preparation, air control systems, electrical and plumbing requirements to final commissioning of the building. This type of project management offers considerable benefits to our customers, especially in terms of reduced costs, shorter time scales and valuable experience.
We are equally happy to undertake contract segments, for example to construct just the building superstructure without fixtures and fittings or to work on clients’ own architect’s schemes.
Buildings are normally erected on site, however in certain situations we may recommend that part (or all) of the building is prefabricated in our factory. Where appropriate this invariably results in reduced costs and disruption on site.
