Swimming Pools
From multi-purpose leisure centres for holiday parks, hydrotherapy pools and splash pools for family use, the same design and build philosophy is applied to the indoor swimming pools that we build all around the UK.
Plus Design and Build provide a full design and build turnkey service for all aspects of the hydrotherapy pool or swimming pool contract from detailed design and structural engineering calculations, planning submissions and supervision through to building regulation approval and CDM regulations.
On site we take care of everything from basework preparation, air control systems, electrical and plumbing requirements to final commissioning of the building. We are equally happy to undertake building work on clients’ own architect’s schemes.
Our swimming pool buildings can incorporate a spa, sauna, steam room, beauty salon or even a multi-station gymnasium and vary in value from less than £100,000 to £2m plus, depending upon the size and complexity of the design. Hydrotherapy pools are also a speciality of ours.
